Dear Sally

My name is Alison Lai and I am the CEO of Volunteering Tasmania.

Sally, I was reaching out to say congratulations on the work that you and the volunteers involved with the Friends of Freycinet have achieved. I have just been reading Dave Harris’ report in the Wildcare 2016 annual report and I loved reading his contribution. I particularly enjoyed his description of the volunteers “I have not finding any one crying yet, but we certainly laugh, we sweat, we bleed, we care and we have a great time!”

I wish you the very best for the year ahead. If there is anything that I, or the team at Volunteering Tasmania can do to assist your wonderful group of volunteers, please do not hesitate to let me know (although I am unfortunately unable to comment on who planted the Apple of Soddam plan on Schouten Island!).

With kindest regards,

Alison
