The Penguin Cradle Trail has an updated set of track notes!

The 2nd edition map and notes package is the definitive guide to the long distance trail that traverses Tasmania from the coastal town of Penguin to the iconic Cradle Mountain National Park. The trail is designed for experienced bush walkers, and can be combined with the Overland Track for a fabulous wilderness experience totalling around 2 weeks.

The booklet and five A3 maps, all in a useful plastic cover, detail each section of the 76 km trail from Penguin to Cradle and includes campsite information, history, flora, fauna, geology as well as times and distance on each section.

(The 2nd edition has upgraded map and route notes to include day walk suggestions, the track re-alignment into Gunns Plains, and location of marker posts installed along the track).
