Discount sponsors:

  • Will be acknowledged in each edition of the quarterly Newsletter WILDTIMES;
  • Will have the opportunity to advertise (one eighth A4 page) free in the Newsletter while continuing to offer discounts to members;
  • May use the WILDCARE name and logo, with the word “Supporter”, in advertising while continuing to offer discounts to members;
  • Will receive a copy of WILDTIMES while continuing to offer discounts to members.

WILDCARE Category Sponsors

WILDCARE Inc is interested in developing relationships with sponsors to support the operations and objectives of WILDCARE Inc and for specific projects that WILDCARE Inc has identified.

Each proposed partnership with a Sponsor is assessed by the Board of Management as to its suitability, alignment and compatibility.

Sponsorship will not be accepted from any organisation whose activities or philosophies, in the opinion of the Board of Management, contradict the aims and objectives of WILDCARE.

Project-specific sponsorship may be acknowledged at the project;

Sponsorship is available on a 12-monthly basis and involves the following standard Category Sponsor benefits.

Category One Sponsors ($10,000 plus) will receive:

  • Ten 24 hour park passes and two All Park annual passes for the 12 month period. Each of these passes allows entry of one vehicle carrying up to eight passengers. You may like to distribute these to staff, use them for corporate visits to National Parks or raffle them for your social club.
  • Free use of meeting rooms at Cradle Mountain, Maria Island, or Mt Field (standards vary) on a total of three occasions during the twelve months. (Booking required, depends on availability).
  • Free overnight accommodation for up to 12 people at Mt Field National Park (Lake Dobson Huts) or Maria Island (Penitentiary), on a total of three occasions during the 12 months. (Booking required, depends on availability).
  • Use of the WILDCARE logo and name with the words “Category One sponsor —supporting community action for natural and cultural heritage conservation” in advertising during the 12 months.
  • Exclusivity in their industry or market sectors if desired (ie, only one Category One sponsor in each sector in any 12-month period)
  • be acknowledged in each edition of the Newsletter WILDTIMES;
  • have the opportunity to advertise (one quarter A4 page) free of charge in each edition of WILDTIMES;
  •  receive a Certificate of Appreciation, acknowledging the level of support, for display in your reception or workplace.
  • receive WILDTIMES by email and hard copy.

Category Two Sponsors ($5000–$9999) will receive:

Category Three Sponsors ($1000–$4999) will receive:

  • Five 24 hour park passes for the 12 month period. Each pass allows entry of one vehicle carrying up to eight passengers. You may like to distribute the passes to staff, use them for corporate visits to National Parks or raffle them for your social club.
  • Free use of meeting rooms at Cradle Mt, Maria Island, or Mt Field (standards vary) on one occasion during the 12 months. (Booking required, depends on availability).
  • Free overnight accommodation for up to 12 people at Mt Field (Lake Dobson Huts), or Maria Island on one occasion during the 12 months. (Booking required, depends on availability).
  • Use of the WILDCARE logo and name with the words “Category Three sponsor – supporting community action for natural and cultural heritage conservation” in advertising during the 12 months.
  • be acknowledged in each edition of the Newsletter WILDTIMES;
  • have the opportunity to advertise (one quarter A4 page) free of charge in each edition of WILDTIMES;
  •  receive a Certificate of Appreciation, acknowledging the level of support, for display in your reception or workplace.

Category Four Sponsors (<$1000) will receive:

  • A letter of appreciation.
  • be acknowledged in each edition of the Newsletter WILDTIMES.
  • have the opportunity to advertise (one quarter A4 page) free of charge in each edition of WILDTIMES.
  • receive a Certificate of Appreciation, acknowledging the level of support, for display in your reception or workplace.
