Wildlife rescue and rehabilitation - 3 Members

Central Highlands Wildlife Group

The purpose of this group is to assist survival and recovery of native wildlife following the 2019 bushfires and future such emergency events in Tasmania’s Central Highlands area and identify and work towards ameliorating other threats to wildlife and the natural environment in the Central Highlands.

Wildlife education and conservation - 28 Members

Friends of the Pandani Moth

We conduct scientifically rigorous research into the alpine Pandani Moth.

Bushland & Heritage - 62 Members

Friends of the Franklin River

We undertake weed control along the Franklin River valley and maintain essential riverside campsites and walking routes.
