CAPE BRUNY VOLUNTEER CARETAKER

Your own 3 bedroom renovated Light house keepers quarters

2 Days Weather Observation Training provided by BOM prior to start – 2 Observations a day 9am and 3pm with a small payment for each

PWS provide onsite Induction and support – Duties are on a rostered basis shared with another volunteer living in separate quarters. So duties would be on a 4 days ON and 3 days OFF roster each week, giving plenty of time to explore Bruny Island on your days off. Historic keepers quarters have enough space to bring friends to share.

COCKLE CREEK VOLUNTEER CARETAKER

Your own 2 bedroom PWS Staff quarters  for accommodation

Onsite induction  and support  provided by PWS

Duties revolved around a ‘Split Shift’ each day, giving several hours in the middle of each day to relax and enjoy the amazing surrounds of beach and walking tracks.

DEC 12 (Tues)  to  JAN 16 (Tues)

this placement could be split into 2 week placements with or without xmas incl.

 

MT FIELD VOLUNTEER CARETAKER (CAMPGROUND)

Free camping in Site No 1 provided for your caravan or motor home

Onsite Induction and support  provided by PWS

Duties revolve around a ‘Split Shift’ each day, giving several hours in the middle of the day to enjoy the beautiful environment, walks, waterfalls and more…

DEC 15 (Fri)  to  JAN 10 (Wed)

this placement could be split into 2, with or without including xmas
