Deal Island Working Bee
Expressions of interest are invited for a Deal Island working bee. Thanks to Landcare Tasmania we have a grant to install erosion control on a steep sandy bank, continue the weeding effort on sea spurge, ragwort, mullein, horehound and a few others, plus some general maintenance. Places are limited to 8 people. Dates are flexible depending on weather conditions (we have been delayed for up to 10 days on previous trips). Please email the coordinator for an expression of interest package. Please note that dates are flexible. Some shared costs involved.
