The North West Region suffered an extreme wind event in July and we know there are trees down. Also with spring vegetation growth starting to bloom there will be some pruning required. We are hopeful of starting some trial poisoning of the foxgloves at Loongana and along the Leven River. Come along for a fun day out and help keep the track open for the summer bush walking season. You will require your own bushwalking gear suitable for a day out, lunch and water as we will be away from the cars. Morning tea, tools and safety gear provided. If you would like to attend then register for the event or contact me for more details.
