• Do you enjoy talking to people; have great knowledge of Cradle Mountain and the walking activities available?
• Are you able to give 3-4 days at Cradle as part of a dedicated group enhancing the visitor experience?

Tasmania Parks and Wildlife Service are hoping to build a dedicated team to volunteer over the summer months.

When:

Week 1: Thursday 30^th December to Sunday 2^nd January

Week 2: Thursday 6^th January to Sunday 9^th January

Week 3: Thursday 13^th January to Sunday 16^th January

Week 4: Thursday 20^th January to Sunday 23^rd January

Week 5: Thursday 27^th January to Sunday 30^th January

Hours: Usually for 10:00am to 2:00pm

Where: Working around the Visitors Centre – (designated covid-safe booth)

Who: Maximum of three people each week – Accommodation, Mt Kate Hut sleeps 3.

Providing advice and guidance on day walks and activities to eager visitors, participants are then free to enjoy the park themselves or provide further assistance to visitors in and around the park if you wish.

Participants will receive shared accommodation, access into the park, an information pack and training & guidance

Inductions are held 10am Thursday mornings at the visitor centre, accommodation is pre booked from Wednesday through to the Mondays for those who wish to arrive earlier.
