Penguin Cradle Trail Working Bee
Autumn is upon us and the days are cooling a little, but still plenty of daylight, so why not join us for a pleasant outing in the bush.
Join the George Town Coastal Community Management Group and Tamar NRM in the Triple Bay Walk on Friday 24th July. A day of shared learning and community building with time to share stories and hear from local experts.
Enjoy walking the spectacular coastline of Tam O'Shanter, Fannys and Noland Bays, removing marine debris and mapping sea spurge as you go.
The walk will traverse over 12kms of sand, rocks and unformed tracks, and the weather may be challenging. A sound level of fitness is essential and appropriate walking boots, clothing and wind/rain/sun protection are required.
The itinerary and start location will be supplied closer to the day.
To register (essential) or for more information please contact Jason Orr – lulworth@landcaretas.org.au Ph: 0407 329 060.
The walk will be subjected to the current Covid-19 guidelines.
