Our focus is the control of weeds, primarily boxthorn, on many of the Furneaux outer isles and around the Flinders coast. We work in cooperation with Parks and Wildlife Service, NRM North, tacinc and Flinders Island Landcare.

Where we work
WILDCARE Friends of Bass Strait Islands has, since 2002/3, undertaken environmental projects mainly within the Flinders Council Region.
What we do
We work in cooperation with Parks and Wildlife Service, NRM North, tacinc and Flinders Island Landcare. Our main focus to date has been weed control, primarily of boxthorn on many of the Furneaux outer isles and around the Flinders coast.
